i like the atmosphere but it wears off quick. i also gave up after beating the tree because it was so cheap. instead of making a real challenge, they just gave it an ungodly amount of HP, and make you save up a ridiculous amount of bullets, which is bullshit because to get money to buy bullets, you have to kill monsters, and the only way to do that without taking damage is to use bullets, and crucifixes barely do anything. its attacks are also predictable and easy to dodge because he leads his shots, so you just have to strafe to the side, and then strafe in the opposite direction when he shoots acid to avoid it. the werewolf was pretty easy, but at least it has the unique quirk that it doesn't make much sound, so you have to be vigilant and spot it before it can run up and attack you.
