What games do Eldritch Knights well? I've been playing NWN1/2 and D&D 3.0/5e really have a lot of good shit for wizard/fighters. You have multi-hour spells that increase your armor nearly to the level of plate, you enchant your weapon turning a cheap sword to the quality of legendary pieces for hours, you have buff spells that increase your strength and speed from average to trained warrior levels, and can later be used with empower to increase their effect by 50%. You also get shit like flaming weapon which, in addition to just doing more damage, lets you target elemental weaknesses. Finally, you have spells that damage attackers which mesh well, culling low hp enemies and allowing you to keep damaging single targets even while healing yourself. NWN2 has all of that, but the actual Eldricht Knight prestige class costs you one caster level (so you get higher level spells a bit later and a little less total spell slots), but gives you full attack bonus progression.
