They are only really part of the FGC (fighting game community, alternatively furry gay community) for weed money. That's why they suck the cock of any of the big publishers and why they mainly only play the big games with big payouts, no matter how shitty the game itself is (see, SFV). Now, there are a lot of players from nip and gookland who are also massive moneywhores, but the difference is that they're at least better at playing the games and they also play a wider variety of games. Also, one thing you'll also see is that unless the game is completely busted in favor of one or two characters, niggers will always gravitate towards high tier characters because it's easier to win with them, on a meta level. This ensues that the nigger will both exert less effort in playing the game and therefore have an easier time winning games and financing their weed habit. Another big no-no are characters that don't follow a simple gameplan, but are based on a gimmick and/or whose gameplan goes against the standard conventions of the game, that requires the negro to learn complicated shit like "character-specific tech". This phenomenon is found in many sportsball games too. For example in football aka soccer aka divegrass, there is this meme known as "pacey negro", where a nigger player's only gameplan involves running very fast so that nobody catches him. Those players are very successful when paired with a creative visionary player, or playmaker, who is usually white and whose job it is to create scenarios where the pacey negro can do the only thing he does well - running fast so nobody catches him. Speaking of tech, next we go onto tribalism. Niggers often form autistic FGC subgroups and gangs where if they discover tech or something like that, they often just hide it amongst themselves in order to give themselves an edge. Compare that to gook and nipland where they have an almost autistic fascination of discovering new hidden tech in even the most old, obscure, shitty, unbalanced kusoge imaginable and, once found, share it with all other players. That's also why players from the US who genuinely want to improve their game are often forced to jump through hoops by trying to find useful info on Japanese language sites, especially if they play a lesser used character. More often than not you won't find squat on English language sites of the same nature.

This is a bizarre question to ask. It's like asking "Why do white people love arena shooters and asians love rhythm games?" You'll be describing the appeal of the genre and then loosely tying it to whatever you think of that race. Even then it could extend beyond that due to what type of games or arcades are popular in those areas those people live in.
Anyway here's the appeal of fighters. Fast competitive rounds. Nothing to push the blame on like RNG or "hacks" when you lose making for easy shit talking and bants. A good test of skill in vidya just like arena shooters, RTS, and competitive puzzle games. Each having their own type of depth. Fighters being focused on explosive, quick encounters where thinking 2 steps ahead can be a one second difference. Not only that but each fighter has a slew of mechanics that can add much more depth to them. Most of /v/ can't even play fighting games and when they're discussed outside of the Fighting Game Threads you find out most people are too casual to even learn from their mistakes and take a loss with dignity. That's just /v/, imagine how bad other places must be when it comes to fighting games.

Compared to who? Japan has the advantage of having active arcade scenes so they can absorb a larger variety of tech from good players compared to other nations. Even then it highly depends on the fighter and if there's a scene for the game. Jump on Fightcade or go to the dedicated fighting games groups in (((Discord))) and you'll quickly find people who will mop the floor with you and then tell you how you fucked up and what you could do better.

Games like Under Night In Birth, Yatagarasu, KoF, Koihime Enbu, Blade Arcus, Blade Strangers, Fighting EX Layer, Aquapazza, and even a game like DoA5LR has footsies in it and none are a decade old. Koihime is probably the best example of a modern footsie heavy fighter.
