Anyone know of any tricks to get this working on modern PCs?

9d1b65  No.15700619

Got an ISO? Also for what OS?

d54a91  No.15700662

Just emulate Dreamcast one.

It just werks and also is the best Von anyway.

931e36  No.15700683

You might need a Windows 95 ISO, a Windows 95 product key and VirtualBox.

>>15700662

What emulator do you recommend? I use Demul recently.

>>15700619

Fagblows, the one that skipped 9

b40cfa  No.15700864

Try a Model 2 emulator and downloading the rom.

OR: PCSX2 and getting the PS2 Sega Ages remake, which is a pretty solid one.

eb148a  No.15700894

>>15700864

Current and only Model 2 emulator is broken. It reads twinstick controls on an axis, not as button presses like the actual arcade cabinet apparently did. So you can't jump or fast fall in OMG.

b40cfa  No.15700938

>>15700894

well PCSX2 and finding the PS2 Sega Ages remake.

b40cfa  No.15700987

>>15700894

I'll have you covered btw, fam. If you're still here.

Does freeMCboot make the console region free?

b40cfa  No.15701005

>>15700992

No idea, never used it. Never used PCSX2 either, but that always works, especially if you have a nVidia card.

e4687f  No.15701006

>>15700992

yep, same with opl.

Got you covered Sega fam.

This should be the right file. Obviously, just mount the .cue or burn it.

Not really related, but why does Disaster Report not work well on freeMCboot/OPL? It starts with stuttering audio on the main menu, and when I try to start a new game, it freeze-locks.

b40cfa  No.15701044

>>15701041

I never tried it, sorry.

>have to use Chrome to download big boy files

What the fuck, MEGA?

b40cfa  No.15701184

>>15701165

clear cache and stuff? This should work with Firefox and even older IE, since it's only a 240 MB file.

Okay so, WinHIIP can't detect my Maxtor. Help?

only thing I have is that VMC doesn't work.

>>15701244

250gb maxtor? Get a new hard drive. Not a Maxtor.

eb148a  No.15701278

>>15701272

Nevermind, running it in XP compatibility mode worked.

e4687f  No.15701286

>>15701278

good. Also always select "run as administrator." PS2 tools are very weird.

e4687f  No.15701343

>>15701339

Works fine, I've had no issues with it.

a8c563  No.15701416

Just use jdownloader2.

Oh, and since you're using a Maxtor be very careful. They're advertised as 250GB drives and may even technically be but they tend to get very buggy once you pass the half-way mark on the used space. Just be careful. I'm doing yet another HDD install, this time on a SATA 500GB WD Blue.

9fee3a  No.15701447

Just emulate the PS2 AGES port

eb148a  No.15701483

I did one better. Read the thread.

The Saturn ver runs well in SSF

91c9a2  No.15712965

>>15702854

No, but it constantly updates and keeps flashing this ugly "BUY NOW" button every time I uses it. Those are very similar to a dirty botnet program.
