What I've always wanted to see in regards to keeping the rapefugees out is to ban <4MB .gifs and webms uploads.
Yes, it's rather strict and would be killer on bandwidth costs, but if a rapefugee can learn that we have superior upload limits, that would be a big step towards acclimating to our culture.
