Is thereany tool to extract/rip card art, sprites or general 2D art from Android games? Even if I don't feel like plaing them, some of their art really calls my attention and believe it should be preserved.

i think you're better off using an android emulator and then using whatever program you would normally use

That's a good question, I doubt there's a one-size-fits-all program because they're probably stored in different formats. If you can figure out the format the app keeps its data in you can probably get to it without a radical amount of trouble.

Usually the art is just stored unencrypted and uncompressed in the data partition. If your phone is rooted you can access it.
