With the winter approaching, and the likelihood of me staying indoors more often, it's time to find some games that will suck the time out between now and Spring. I am getting more and more interested in those types of games that are fairly easy to hop in and out of, but while you're in time flies.
I have been sinking a lot of time into Doom and all the little mods and furnishings that come with it, but I want something a little more complex than just blasting demons and whatever other 2D sprite exists on screen.
Apparently, OpenTTD, Darkest Dungeon, and Mount & Blade: Warband with mods, are all generally good. I just want some cozy time sinking game to pass the monotony of being in a dead university with fuck all to do.
You guys trying to shill your favorite time-burners? I am not talking about those bullshit mobile games, so don't come in here with that bullshit, I am talking pure sit down in your chair until your ass is sore from playing too much games. Any good anecdotes from doing so? Any games other than the above mentioned worth giving a look?
