I just rewatched E3 2018 segment with Todd Howard, and despite seeying it 3 times already, i was laughing, crying and hyped up for all those new games. I wonder if there's a video game exist, that simulate that joy of HYPE alone, like an unpredictable video game that hypes you up towards the game's twist, turns and goals.

I find games with good upgrades constantly hypes me up for the next upgrade, a game that I have in mind is Ring Runner Flight of the Sages, where you start off with some shitheap of a space dogfighter, then you get a better ship, then you get a ship of an entirely different class where you get to tether enemies around and throw them into objects, then you get your time stopping abilities and it keeps building up until you get dumped into the second chapter with a giant ship customization screen and a shitton of options to go through and every new item is a nice reward.
