This. The reason the industry has changed almost entirely to making games for casuals is that casuals are both a larger market and will actually pay for games. If you complain that the industry no longer makes games for your tastes and aren't willing to support the devs who do you're a retard. The reason Japan on the other hand does still get non-casual games is that the Japanese really do pay for it because piracy over there is more or less non-existent. They also still have arcades because culturally they still realise the value in going to one instead of the cheaper experience of playing on a home console.

After I finished my backlog I kept going to games like Dota, Tf2 and such.

Eventually I realized that it is better to do nothing at all rather than get livid by playing with retards.
