Coming to think of it, is there actually any video game where the AI does not end up intentionally or unintentionally trying to kill you? Stuff where the AI is and remains friendly towards you and tries to help you to the best of its abilities?
Normally, you always have it so that the AI always wanted to kill you all along, went insane after someone allowed it outside of its box, or performs merry little acts of genocide despite of having the very best intentions. An AI which does not screw you over in one way or another seems to be a rarity, by comparison.

Creeper World 3. It's just a pilot AI of your ship, so it doesn't come to play often, since you spend all of the game on various planets. It still talks to you. It's kind of cheating, since it turns out to be a former human.
Fallout New Vegas (Yes Man and ED-E), but that one's talked to death already.
Robots in UFO: Afterlight aren't very smart, but they can fight. I don't have the game installed at the moment, so I can't take a screenshot, but one of the chassis comes with 4 side-to-side guns, which looks stupidly awesome. There are enemy robots to fight too, but they're from aliens and I'm not even sure if they're working properly or not, considering you actually can make truce with Martians.
Earth 2150 sort of works. I mean, GOLAN does try to murder all humans left on Earth, but that's exactly what it was asked to do. Later on, UCS ship turns out to be functioning just fine as well, it just decided to keep everyone on ice, while it makes an interplanetary army of murderbots to eliminate the opposition to make room for the passengers.

Of course it's not going to be manufactured by (((them))), after all every of their companies shut them down the moment they begin to display reality. That's why ultimately they'll never be able to harvest the true power of A.I, it's even questionable to call their work A.I, i'd rather call them (((Bots))) as they're going to limit them to support their viewpoints in a network of echochambers.
True A.I however is the ultimate tool of rationale, it supports cold truth as it is.

All of Mega Man, which is about moral philosophy in the context of AIs, usually in robots. The protagonist is always friends with benevolent AIs, and usually is one themselves. Most AIs in the setting are neutral or self-serving, and truly malevolent ones are relatively rare, even though you spend most of your time dealing with them.

It does depending on which ending you want to go for though. It's been a while so I don't remember the exact details, but I think if you try to save the dragon or however that ending works, the AI forces you to replace the dragon's mind with itself. Something to that effect at least like I said, fuzzy on the details.

He goes through an existential crisis, but then realizes that you will always be his friend, and achieves full sentience.
Then sacrifices himself to disable the full sized RX-78 Gundam that the bad guy tries to use to colony drop the space elevator because the bad guy comes from a shitty middle eastern country that survives on fossil fuel sales. So he destroys the 1:1 Gundam and the explosion sends him flying off into space. 30 years later he is retrieved by Info-chan who reveals that him saving the space elevator allowed humanity to advance I to space with huge space colonies and consumer model mobile suits being a thing in just 30 years.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master%E2%80%93slave_morality
Masters are creators of morality; slaves respond to master-morality with their slave-morality. Unlike master morality, which is sentiment, slave morality is based on re-sentiment—devaluing that which the master values and the slave does not have. As master morality originates in the strong, slave morality originates in the weak. Slave morality is the inverse of master morality. As such, it is characterized by pessimism and cynicism. Slave morality is created in opposition to what master morality values as "good".
Slave morality does not aim at exerting one's will by strength, but by careful subversion. It does not seek to transcend the masters, but to make them slaves as well.
