I don't think steam should be selling porn games in the first place, however this isn't the full story.

The versions sold on steam are discounted compared to the full versions offered on dlsite. Prior to adult content being allowed on steam a "DLC" was sold on dlsite that would, when combined with the steam version, amount to the full version sold exclusive on dlsite/dmm/etc.

Easiest example is Nekopara. Vol1's censored version is being sold for $10 on steam, with $8.67 DLC on dlsite to "unlock" adult content. The full version on dlsite is $19.26, so this could be considered the "actual" price of the game.

I don't think they sell non-H releases on their own store or dlsite, steam seems to be the only place they offer it. It's $20 on their official website, which lines up with the original price.

The only other thing I could find online of what I'm assuming is a non-H release, is the switch version at $15.

This is a common practice, usually the price on Steam is cut down because its all ages and the normal price would be the patch cost+ the base game itself (equal to what it would be on their website usually)
