How come the loss has stagnated in the last 30 days compared to the other months? All other months it has lost at least 10x as many players.

A new update? I'm guessing that it'll stay at around 500k for another while with the most autistic playerbase remaining. The other ~1million players were probably jumping ship to Fortnite or some other trash but if someone has played this shit for this long I don't see why they'd leave now all of a sudden.

Also seems like the new COD is a lot more casualized with its inventory and looting which will probably draw a different crowd than PUBG.

And here I thought that the mmo phase, brown shooter phase and assfaggots phase were trash. Things just keep getting worse. The gaming industry needs to die already..

He's the dude who came up with the mod for arma2 called dayz. His profile name was "playerunknown", and he's also the one who advised h1z1 devs on the creation of their game, as h1z1 was originally a copy of dayzs survival and then later added in battle royale mode, im guessing on playerunknowns advice, until bluehole offered to partner with him for his idea for a battleyorale game that he would design with their team following his orders. It's called PlayerUknowns Battlegrounds because his name is playerunknown and the map and game are his "battleground" where people compete to be topdog.

Not surprising. The can't get the game to work well and without glitches or performance issues, and as time has gone on and the chinese market oversaturated the western side, with latency issues, people finally gave up. Course there's a lot more inbetween like their horrible maintenance time decisions and outright ignoring their customers and their issues and squandering their opportunities as well as basic greed destroying their chance to make a lot of money, but I don't see pubg making its comeback. Dunno about CoD taking it over though. It will definitely be big at first, no idea if their regular matchmaking and others things will hurt the game tho.

Usually, but bluehole was especially egregious. As an example, they left their game in such a terrible state, most players were getting 25-30 fps while in cities, and would drop down onto the map with massive stuttering between 10-15 fps. Then the patch to fix it? They chose to do it friday evening from 4pm to like 9pm, essentially one of their primetime hours. Then while trying to fix it, they kept the servers down in maintenance until saturday morning iirc. Keep in mind they left the game in its shitty state for like a week and a half.

They would just do constant stupid shit like this. Then there were the other big issues like bluehole refusing to seperate players by region with a region lock,because china would constantly play on western servers being 3-4 seconds behind with latency, and other issues.

I don't know much about Fortnite, but PGO had a lot of marketing of things that simply didn't exist when the game launched, and in some cases, still don't exist. I'd imagine Fortnite doesn't have a similar degree of empty promises.
