Design a game based on a myth, legend, or folklore. I'll start
>Beowulf
>beat em up with combos and grappeling, Beowulf can use enemies he's picked up as weapons or toss them into a group of enemies
>Beowulf can equip weapons in the environment like swords and spears which deal extra damage but because he's so strong he can only swing them so many times before he breaks them
>Grendel being the first boss would just be a relatively easy fight *in which you'd beat him until he's stunned and using a risky combo on him, at the end of the fight you'd rip his arm of with a (((quick time))) even because how else would you implement ripping someone's arm off?
>Grendel's mother would be immune to all damaged but would become vulnerable for a limited time by being struck by the giant's sword, the trick is that the sword has limited durability so you have to make the most out of each vulnerable time. She'd be the "wake-up call" boss
>the dragon breaths fire and swing his tail but the thing of note is his venom which he will try to poison you with if you get close to his head. their would be incentive get close because hitting his head is the only way to stun him. Overall this boss would punish you if you fought it arrogantly. Wiglaf helps Beowulf in the original poem so he'd come in to help you fight once you get the dragon's health to a certain point
>the game would have three endings; one being the original ending in which Beowulf dies, which you would get if Beowulf get's poisoned at any point in the fight the poison might last for the rest of the fight too, one in which he survives which you would get if Beowulf wasn't poisoned, and a joke ending which you would get if you let Wiglaf finish off the dragon by himself
