This is the strangest situation i've seen with a userbase jumping games in years.

I mean i guess the closest i can think of is for honour or absolver and both are dead as dicks.

Dead by Daylight came out ages ago its not some new early access fad. The only significant recent thing is that Dark Souls Remastered is dead already and separated then killed the userbase of the original as well.
