So i'm mastery rank 10 using Tigris as my "you dont exist now" killstick but i have all the shit ready to make Tigris Prime at rank 13. I potato'd my regular Tigris once to fit some more mods in. Looking at the 180k build it looks like you might need to do it 3 times in total for the perfect build.

Is it actually worth it when i have the parts ready for the prime even if 10-13 is going to take a while as i level weapons and frames?

No, because you wouldn't be able to shotgun 3+ people at once with Seeking Fury. Punchthrough kicks the effective DPS of the Tigris through the roof because you only have two shots, so if on each shot you're holding and hitting 3, that's 6 per reload vs 2-reload-2 reload-2. Remember that this is a horde game, so punchthrough may not increase your numbers at the arsenal but it will give you a massive in-game edge.

You're better off using a gun you're comfortable with and then investing in forma, a riven, and a lot of kuva. I like the Drakgoon, I have 6 forma and a so-so riven on it and cut through lvl 100 enemies like butter. Or in otherwise, as long as the gun you're using can deliver damage well, you'll kill shit fine as long as you invest in your gun.

Anyways, decent guns for factions:

>Grineer

Synapse, Telos (Prime) Boltor, Amprex, Ignis Wraith. In general guns that can be upgraded to do Radiation/Corrosive will do well, same with guns with punch-through/impalement since Grineer fucking LOVE to walk in a straight line. Crit weapons also tend to work well against Grineer since it's far easier to land headshots on them than the other factions.

Mother fucking Torid with Gas damage. Any status with elemental damage that can be built for Gas is amazing against Corpus. Fast firing projectile weapons, AoE weapons, weapons that leave puddles on the ground and Blast procs will do well against Corpus. AoE works well against them to take out all the Ospreys, to hit Nullifiers as they walk over your puddles, and to kill those pulsing mine things Ospreys put down. Since Ospreys and Moas are a pain in the dick to get "headshots" on and since Nullifiers screw over crit weapons, you're usually better off with raw damage/firing speed over crit.

>Infested

Punch-through and AoE are king here. You need to be able to kill Ancients that are hiding behind the weaker infested targets. Shotguns tend to work especially well here, just make sure to use Punch-through mods if your shotgun of choice doesn't have any built-in. Status effects other than Radiation are pretty worthless against the Infested, but Radiation damage is shit against them. Gas procs are really fucking good if and only if you have some way of bunching up mobs together, say with Nidus or Vauban. But then again, Gas procs with Nidus/Vauban are ridiculous no matter what.

>Corrupted

Phantasma is stupidly strong against them. Your main concern should be dealing with Heavy Gunners/Bombards and with Nullifier shields, so you'd want fast firing weapons that deal Puncture, Radiation, and Cold damage.

18 fucking forma later, I have an Ivara built for eidolons (5 forma on her, 4 on her primary, 5 on her secondary, 4 on artemis bow). Also took two great rivens. So many resources, but I can one-shot without a rivened lanka and land damage faster, too. It's a higher skill build than I expected and I expected high skill, though. Will need a lot of practice.

Quick ways are Hydron or SO, but a rule of this game is to avoid grinding just one thing at a time. You'll eventually need a lot of cryotic so affinity farm in Hieracon. Once you have enough, affinity farm in fissure missions and on the daily sortie (except for frames). While grinding khora you can be ranking up gear. Only do Hydron when you have to or need neo relics, or need to rank up a build fast so you can do other things with it.

Don't end up one of the MR20+ faggots crying about the sibear. Plan ahead.

I boost them with navigator. I can one-shot the synovia, and "one"-shot hydro itself from full health (detonating multiple at a time). Now, before you call me a retard, just hear me out. You know that most people won't go past the C rotation in any given mission, even if they can handle the enemies past said point, because it's just not worth it, given that the rotation just endlessly repeats. Why go through the trouble of defeating lvl 40+ enemies when you can just exit out and reenter the map? What do you really lose by doing that? A few minutes? Your current squad? Those things aren't a huge deterrent. So, with this in mind, I think a small tweak could be made; basically, I think it'd be fine to keep the current rotations and their given rewards, but with the addition of a new reward table that only appears at the end of the first rotation. So, it'd stay A-A-B-C, but at the end of the C rotation, this schedule is eradicated and all of the possible rewards are thrown into one large table so that players now have the chance to get a C rotation reward (or lower) during every additional rotation. Then, maybe they could add "survival milestones", much like the buffs they provide during void relic missions. Only, these milestones would increase the chance of C rotation rewards dropping by a small percentage.

At the very least, it'd give people a bit more incentive to stay past the first C rotation.

Finisher damage is a trash stat. I don't know of any melee weapon I'd care about it on. Critical chance however is usually extremely important, and as a keewar has at least 10% base crit, it's not something to throw away.

Several hours late, but how did this trip you up? The toxin damage on the left is half as strong as the melee damage on the right, but even if they were equal, or even if Toxin was greater, you would still want to take the raw damage. The only reason for prioritizing an element over damage is you want a specific proc to occur more often. I don't know what build you have for your Keewar, but I'm 99% sure you want raw damage.

The crit damage rolls are roughly equal. They're a non factor.

Even if your Keewar isn't a crit weapon, you do not want to nerf your crit chance if you can help it. Between the two curses the finisher damage is far, far superior since it matters in almost no situations that you'd be using the Keewar in.

Limbo is fine for very specific purposes, no one has ever argued that Limbo should be used as an all-purpose frame. He's good for the following:

He can selectively target "problem" enemies with Banish and keep them out of the action for a time, or go into the rift and take care of them himself, while leaving the fodder to everyone else. Cataclysm + Stasis is very useful for situations in which two or more players are down and the team needs breathing room to revive and regroup. Additionally, enemies take damage while in the rift, so it's good for crowd control as well. Don't bitch about not being able to use your primary, that's just how Cataclysm works. The mutalist quanta is OP enough to expect nerfs, but for its secondary fire boosting other weapons. If looking to make a riven for it, you want a minimum of 110% multishot at rank 8 so with only split chamber you'll have a guaranteed 3 shots. That allows for a max power orb without having to combine them. Ivara builds might also want fire rate due to it working on artemis bow's charge rate although that exploit isn't well known so it's unlikely to affect the price.

Frost at least will use his 1 to pop his bubbles. I sometimes wonder about the team that does work/reworks on making frames. Nezha and Zephyr reworks are great. Khora is still something of a one-trick pony. Gara is awesome. Revenant is also a one-trick pony. Titania has loads of utility, but it's hamstrung by her fragility and the fact that you need to be in her 4 to retain any mobility or killing power cause of her stupid long casting times, so no one uses her 1/2/3 except to spam 1 to keep her 4 augment active.

What I'm trying to say here is that it seems like sometimes there's two different teams working on frames. One is the amazing team who makes fun frames with excellent synergy, and the other is the team that worked on Khora and Revenant. One ability wonders who use the rest of their kit a handful of times throughout a mission, but can often do just fine relying on 1-2 abilities.

This actually runs counter to your question, and it may come up ITT, but I don't feel like reading all of it, however DE does have a cell that does small updates. Problem is they didn't properly manage their other cells and had to temporarily put that one on a bigger project.

Limbo was pretty much immune to most Eidolon stuff, then with a recent update DE stealthly nerfed him, right now the only thing you can ignore is Teralyst bullets, energy spikes and stomps, other than that you are pretty much screwed.

It does, but I would just fly into them instead. It's more reliable and cheaper (no pads). But blink/penumbra is very useful for goin' fast once used to it, and scouting over water and such. I also would use no minimap mods as those are too slow to show up. They're good when you start so you learn where things are, but once you have a route and know the spawns you just eyeball them.

I'm loathe to admit it, but I'm loving Nezha with his new changes for Elite Alerts. Safeguard has saved more than a few lives, and the invuln period after it breaks along with the CC has saved my life on more than on occasion. The health globe drop when you 2 enemies in your 4 keeps you going for a long time and provides extra healing for your team too. Lots of on-demand CC from your 4 and some extra CC from you 1, along with good mobility with your 2 when you get used to it.

Is it too much to hope for that they might have the same rework success with Nyx?
