It's from Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa. I recommend starting on the third episode because there's so much fucking nothing in the first two episodes that everybody thought that it was going to be a shitshow, but it actually picks up right after that.

It's kind of cute, I think Kingdom Hearts III is the first game my 8 year nephew has ever actually been hyped for. Showed him the E3 trailer and it's all he talks about. I'm not sure if I should just kill the magic for him now and try to mold his tastes early, or let nature run it's course. He doesn't really know the difference between a good game and a shit game, he just knows it has Disney characters in a mashup. It's like telling him Santa isn't real. It's a lie, and it's ultimately unhealthy for his mental development, but he's going to figure it out eventually so I might as well just let him have a few years of enjoyment while he can.

Yeah, nice sentiment, but he's my nephew - not my kid. And his dad is a soyfaced hugger, so there's only so much damage I can undo in the limited time he's out here when I watch him. And as much as I'd like to introduce him to DOOM, kids can't keep their little fucking mouths shut, and his parents don't want him playing violent games - so if I want to keep hanging out with him, I have to watch what I expose him to until he can keep a secret.

And I have done my part to teach him about good games and piracy. Got him and his dad a PSP with CFW and 128GB of roms and emulators. He loves it, but again - he doesn't know the difference between a good game and a bad game yet, and his dad just uses it to play Pokemon.

Emulate it, specifically the final mix version. Final mix lets you skip cutscenes which is a necessity when you die to bosses and have to sit through 5 minutes of "darkness" every time you want to retry.
