Overall Koreans are good people. Their society is still very homogeneous, very respectful, and they are making cultural changes to fit into the modern world. Eating dog is only done by older generation Koreans, but the current young generation looks down upon it and is very against it because they see dogs at pets and there is an abundance of food so there is no need to eat dogs.
