You will need a work visa, then. As far as I know, most employers won't foot the bill for it unless you:

>are exceptional
>have skills that they need
>they can't find at least one of the above among domestic applicants
>have connections in the company
>worked for the company's Canadian branch or a partner company and did well over there
It will probably be hard, but not impossible. Good luck working for a shitty company filled with incompetent retards who can't cobble a piece of software that is not filled with bugs, located in one of the worst cities in the U.S. to live in if you consider the cost of life to the conditions it offers.
