I doubt it. It's WAYYYYYY to niche and it wasn't made or published by a major developer, which also means only one person would have to make the scripting engine to read the text and then translate it, which is a feat in and of itself since you have to determine the actual file system of the iso/bin file. So unless someone is really autistic and is willing to spend years doing this alone, there's going to be no translation.

The 3DS version is serviceable. Has the usual Atlus fuck ups but nothing as bad as Persona 1 on PS1.

Trippy af first person horror adventure game on the PS1 where you navigate a labyrinth of sewers underneath Japan. Came out in Europe so there's an English version.

That too. Because the developers were talented and knew how to make a fun game.

But weird =/= fun. Anyone can make a game weird. Making it good takes skill. Otherwise you just end up with overhyped trash like I Wanna Be the Guy and Goat Simulator, which have nothing going for them other than "lol so random".

There is so much text overflow in Soul Hackers 3DS its almost like it had 0 quality control/testing. Not that that should put you off playing the game mind, it doesn't break the game and with 3DS emulation you don't have to give them any shekels for this mess.
