I want to make some party night for people with toasters. We're already covered for pc games, what are the best setup and emulator for netplay? mostly ps1 and snes, but other alternatives are appreciated.

Pretty sure that emulators even for ps1 games require more processing power than the average "toaster-friendly" PC game

A friend of mine has a laptop so shitty that it takes two minutes to launch any regular browser, and it is literally unusable when you plug it in to charge for no fucking reason, and even it runs N64 and PS1 games via Netplay, albeit with stutters every once in a while.

Nah, they actually require less. psxfin fully works on a toaster, and for SNES i'd recommend Snes9x or bsnes.

Netplay might cost a bit more power tho.

Any SNES Bomberman of choice.

Smash bros/Mario Party/Mario Kart/Bomberman on N64

Worms Armageddon on PC if you still don't have it. There's an N64 port if somehow the toaster's can't run it, but I highly doubt that.

Since N64 was made with 4 player support from the start, it`s the best bet for group emulation.
