I was thinking of something more like the Atelier series, but focused on healing rather than alchemy. Or maybe a game where you follow an adventuring party and support them on their journey.

I really want to know the answer to this question too aniki. Frankly this sounds like an interesting concept, or at the very least a decent skin for an atelier-like game, and I really can't think of any examples where you can really do this at all, aside from RPing in something like elona+. Considering we have games like pic related and the dozens of gust made ateliers, it's kind of strange that nothing approxiamating a healer/clinic management game exists.

Now that I think about it technically Pathologic counts?
