Cops are less likely to raid your house over wrongthink/copyright infringing internet posts if you are armed (or if there's even a strong possibility that you're armed). If they do raid your house, you can shoot them, and then those particular cops won't be raiding anything anymore. When your politicians and bureaucrats act against the interests of your nation, you can remove them from office. Americans have repeatedly used our God-given right to bear arms to do this, both in 1776 and in later incidents such as the Battle of Athens.

The highest priority right now I believe is to keep that peer to peer connection between citizens of the nations open and not have a government intermediary speak for us. Copyright is an excuse for the EU to censor what the world NEEDS to hear from EU citizens.
