You're forgetting that certain kinds of jobs are being taken over by the retards (Human Resources, which has significant influence over most hiring decisions, is a government-mandated jobs program for women not capable of doing real work). The software industry is being taken over by pajeets, partially as a consequence of HR, partially because they're cheap, partially because once they gain power in a company they hire more of their own kind. They can't do the work right without constant oversight from humans, but that doesn't matter to the people who now make the decisions.
The smart fraction will not correspond to the employed fraction, and that is a recipe for chaos.
