That's wrong though. There's plenty of other people that helped with Undertale's development.

On top of that, it's not even that impressive. The game went through several years of development, and is very small.

Back in 2004 another guy in Japan named Daisuke Amaya made a game all by himself too. Did all the coding, graphics, music and level design by himself. Except his game was actually good. It's called Cave Story.
