Gamenight's build was 3.4.1 near the end after having to hastily patch everything back up.
If you downloaded all the hotfixes during the last "official" gamenight you'll be set, if not just grab the 3.4.1 patch if you're either not sure or didn't and you'll be up to speed

Perhaps you might be having issues with Sourcemod/Metamod? The current builds of TF2V don't include Linux files for those, although the next update will.

It's been going slow but steady for over a year now. Don't expect a lot of players right now because there hasn't been much publicity by anyone to bring in a large population and our dev team is very small (<4 people) which is why the game has been crawling along in development. If you're not interested in following the mod closely, feel free to check the updates every month on /vg/, ModDB or Steam to see what we've developed so far.
>>15425551 is kind of right, some weekends you can get 14 people playing, other weekends nobody at all. Don't let that discourage you from playing a couple of hours of TF2 when it used to be good, all while being one of the few 100% 8chan developed OC projects.

I'm aware, we aren't always involved in organizing people to play, often times it's other people wanting to play the game that forget to post. Usually we're better at posting and notifying when it's a dev planned session compared to an impromptu session or a community session.
If you join the Steam group, you can typically get notified of when there is a session in progress without needing to lurk the /vg/ thread.
