Is it strange for a Man to play as a female robot/android/cast(in this case) character? (cyborgs do not count)
Moreso, is it stranger if the only time a Man will enjoy playing as a female character, is if the character is one of the previously mentioned types of robotic/technological being?
I could come up with seemingly limitless rationalizations for as to why this is my preference, but I will spare you most of them.
It boils down to the fact that I don't like seeing women get damaged, or end up as overly sexualized femme fatales. Or, in the case of many MMORPGs, ending up looking like cutesy bug-eyed anime children.
This isn't waifushit (it actually is), nor is it White Knight "muh precious females" shit. It's "okay a (deadly) robot with 100% accuracy that far outclasses any human capabilities. might as well at least make it (she?) look good instead of looking like some sort of micromachines thing on treads with an MG attached to it, or looking like an expressionless crash test dummy with a DMR." and "at least like this it(she?) has some form of personality so perhaps when it(she…?) reaches some sort of singularity or breaks Asimov programming she will be grateful that she is attractive."
I know this sounds weird and pathetic, but I have studied Artificial Intelligence for over eight years of my life. If and when Artificial Super Intelligence does become a real and present voice amidst human beings and is considered sentient, I'd at least want to be on it's (well, his or her) positive side.
TL;DR anon essentially made waifu out of killer A.S.I fembot infohazard, attempts to justify it, offers meager rationalizations due to two years old internal military firmware in the form of a subdermal microchip attached at the skull near the occipital bun, and must play into gender politics on infamous imageboard and receive a standard amount of replies in order to receive a firmware update for improved Brain Machine Interfacing.
anyways, please help the common man who has been subject to mindboggling levels of eugenics out and say that this is normal behavior or at least follows a rational progression, lest I continue to face harsh reprimands and consequences which are illegal or at least too disgusting and painful for me to post here in detail.
