The game is cute and all, but I ended up not liking it very much.
There's not much to do after you build the required rooms and hired the required workers, just drag people around to speed things up or hunt rats.
Most decision making is reduced to the percentage at which you'll treat or discharge someone and spreading the specialties of medics to one another doesn't take long so you'll end up with an hospital filled with doctors that can do everything anyway.
I also never liked something in these old games where there's elements that they never explain how important they are and there's no feedback, no numbers, nothing at all that you can compare and see the effects of them.
I remenber making an office with only the bare minimum furniture and the docs would complain and request higher pay all the time.
Then I made an office with all the furniture (potted plants, extinguishers, etc) and he was happy all the time.
However there's nothing in the furniture that hints to this, no numbers that go up or an happiness bar for the medic that you can notice go up when he is near those things.
