Kenka Banchou series. First game has a sukeban mode unlockable after beating it and sukeban as side characters in the rest of the games.

This reminds me how Yanderedev wanted to add an entirely new and unique type of npc delinquent girls with their own reactions and story lines before he even finished the basic gameplay features.

I've been trying to play that on PPSSPP, but it appears every iso on the internet has an issue where you enter an infinite loading screen upon trying to change your moveset. I could never find the fixed dump.
