It does, but the arena logic is bare bones from what I've seen. You have to remember TF2V started with barely any code to the gamemodes introduced after TF2's launch (arena, Koth, PL,PLR)
Last big update from them they finally fixed the payload cart's collision and it doesn't absorb players anymore. Arena itself works fine, it seems the main coder is just tightening it up.

Which if we're talking $30 for a render as basic as that, which upon further examination hasn't even had a touchup pass to clean up some of the blockier aspects of the used models to make a more consistent image. I do actually work for a living, and 30 bucks is a drop in the pan but still irresponsible since the reason you save up money in the first place is to cover for unknown expenses that are sprung on you.
For example, you have to have 4 wisdom teeth out, so you pay for the operation, but that unveils two deep cavities, one of which requires a crown that isn't covered completely by insurance, so it costs 1097$ out of pocket on top of other medical expenses, phone bills, heating and electricity, which is a fair lump sum. On top of that you could have a car crash that doesn't go your way, which requires some cash, both of which have happened to me, the wisdom teeth recently and the car crash one year back. Because I don't act like an idiot and actually know how to work, I make enough money to support myself.
Now, I save my cash specifically so that I can cover these expenses, and don't spend everything because I will need it in the future for my retirement. I spend it on what is worth my time. A video game system or a new computer, for example, is something I can easily pay for right now without scratching my checking account. But I don't. Why? Because i'm not a nigger. I understand what responsibility is, I don't buy things for status in some shallow group and I plan on using my excess cash for vacations after my work is done and video game releases that I want, computer parts, and personal hobbies outside of these. I take care of the shit that I buy, I know where to buy, and I know how to buy, negotiate, and get the best price. Why? Because it means more money.
You're the type of person who spends 500 bucks on a furry porn commission and you likely have. 30 bucks on an SFM commission is really cheap, even if it is stupid. Which means you're the one who doesn't have a job, given how much you're defending this you actually think 30 bucks is a lot of money.
