To answer your question though, a lot of Sabaton songs do it for me. Night Witches, Smoking Snakes, Resist and Bite etc. Embed related I recently came across and gave me that same feeling.
If we're sticking to vidya music though then Platinum ost's are good for that. MGR and Anarchy Reigns have great soundtracks. DMC3 is good too.

It’s not something I put on but the final boss theme of most Yakuza games really gets me pumped. Yakuza 4 was probably the weakest as far as final battles are concerned, but For Faith still creeps into my mind as I relive my time playing the game. I also really like how each character’s final fight has a remix of the main theme. Some of the tracks from Yakuza 0 also spring to mind.
