The feet are larger than her head, or so it would seem due to the hair being so bouffant. Her hands are in proportion relative to the feet, but not the face and head. This draws the eye to the feet, which have detail on the soles.
The hair is parted to a single side although it is quite voluminous. Though it flows off to the sides as conveyed very well by the lines, it does not occupy or occlude any space in the foreground– this makes her hair seem as though it were flat, rather than the intended look of curling around her.

I dunno, it's not entirely implausible. One tool/class/module to handle the text generation and images, piping it into another that naively transforms it into HTTP traffic with no validation while expecting a hardcoded result. Standard out is really convenient if your program is rock solid or does its own validation, or at least feeds the errors into another stream.
I'm not too familiar with C#, but I'm pretty sure that's what he was doing, using Console.WriteLine or whatever C# has for the input and not caring about sanitizing at either end.

Dino Crisis 1 is very similar to RE except you can walk while aiming, so it's pace feels slightly faster, but it still has a pretty creepy atmosphere considering you're shooting dinosaurs. Dino Crisis 2 is something completely different, you can run while aiming, there's a combo system where you get more points for killing dinos quickly without taking damage to get points to spend in ammo/upgrades/new weapons, atmosphere is full on cheese with a bit of suspense and I think it's the best action game with tank controls and fixed camera that was ever made. The rest of the series is just garbage, don't even bother with it.
Also I haven't played Dino Crisis 1 in a fucking decade so I might not remember it correctly

It's possible, but only if he's an amateur, which is entirely likely considering how many amateur programmers there are nowadays. The easiest way to test things is to just dump error data into whatever output you're piping to, but it's a bad idea when you actually want to use the software for its intended purpose, for reasons shown here (you will expose important information).
He didn't use Console.WriteLine. The console is a specific output. Looking at the names of the files, it looks like he built an application server that posts things on 8chan when he hits it with a command. (That's what an API is.)
