I thought Paradise was kind of boring compared to older Burnouts. I think it's sort of that thing where adding an open world makes everything seem a bit more generic.

Got Horizion 3 earlier this month and it's the first time I went out of my way to play a racing game since Carbon back when it released. It's pretty good but how the fuck do I into fine tuning and not just upgrading and downloading builds from others?

Is there a single good thing about the remaster?

I only saw the video when they announced and it looked like shit.

Also, I found this nice rally map for BeamNG called Peru Rally. Mountain rally with a decent sized road is fun, you can go fast and if you fuck up you fucking fly headfirst into a lake.

I'm not sure you realize how big of a task that would be. You'd basically have to make an entire game engine built around traditional EXE + DX10/11 and not UWP + DX12, then copy over all assets and hope to dear god it works. As an example go look at Open Morrowind. It's been worked on since 2011 and is still a work in progress.

Yep, unless you get a Xbone and can pirate games for it. I don't think that's possible at this time though, which makes me wanna get Forza Horizon 2 before it gets delisted at the end of September.

Pirated Forza 7, it's meh, but the trigger "force feedback" while using an xbone pad is nice

Cars feels sluggish tough, maybe it's just the first races

Bought Dirt Rally for 5€ and it's fun

Not at all. There's already been a great deal of progress at making DX10 and DX11 games work through DXVK, you can look it up on youtube.

The problem i had with FH3's open world was that to progress it wasn't challenging. I mean, there were no reason for me to do stuff because i already nearly beat the game by doing the tiny stuff that seemed interesting.

Also, the whole idea of Driver Avatars being the opponents needs to fucking die. It's just way too easy to beat them.

Oh yeah, they're by no means hard games, and the drivatar AI is just regular AI. No need for the fancy relabeling. I'm more a collectathon raving fan than anything I guess, I like collecting all sorts of cars, driving on all the tracks and their variations, etc.
