God Eater. It's a fast gameplay Monster Hunter clone but actually has some damned good effort on the soundtrack, orchestrated and everything.
The first game had three weapons, second game has five, they updated the original to have the second game's features. The actual meat of the game, however, is based around creating the most overpowered and flashy bullets as possible, and fights are less about you getting good twitch wise but creating the perfect bullet to fight the enemies that you need to fight, taking into account their size, movement and such to create a bullet that pierces or bombs the right parts easily so you can break their body parts for rare materials.
But aside from that, the soundtrack is gorgeous.

Just recently started playing P5 myself. I wish the battle theme changed based on the palace. Life Will Change was handled well since it was only used in a handful of times in really exciting points. But Last Surprise just got played over and over until I wanted to drill into my eardrums every time I heard the violin and trumpet intro.
