First one would be a buddy cop game set in the deep South. It'd be like LA Noire, but with a much heavier focus on investigating and less so on interrogating because the Southerners wouldn't want to talk to a nigger.
Second is just Phantom Pain. This one has the most potential to be good.
Third I don't really think would play out all that well. It's just a really fucking good movie and you should watch it.
Day of the Jackal would be a Hitman game with all the stuff in between getting a contract and assassinating your target like the travel and seduction.

Thought that same thing after watching it last year. A survival game set in a walled off New York, with a limited ammo starting weapon, having to scavenge melee weapons off of over gang members, if you get found by gangs they will chase you down and the player would have to put enough obstacles/distance on them to get a way from them. While still dealing with a time limit to get out of the city.
