No. I think it was released earlier this year. I hadn't heard anything about it either till just recently when it was in a humble bundle. Surprised me with how good it was, with great building mechanics and a metric fuckton of little details in everything. Having nudity and access to all the game variables also gained a lot of respect from me as I always love having options and customization, and lewdness is self-explanatory. There is still a lot of roughness and bugs, but overall it comes out as a hidden jem for me. Worth noting that I have only played it co-op with fairly lax settings, so I don't know what the PVP survival is like. Maybe that would be more your thing, or maybe you just want comfy building. The building and RP area seemed to be the most stable, while combat the most fucky with jittering and randomly invincible thralls.

I couldn't help but notice these images from browsing. Why did the level designer make the landscape feel so lifeless? Where are the sand dunes, the hot sun bearing down? Why does it look dark in picture 3 when it's a clear day? Why does the left rock hill in picture 2 look like melting rocky road ice cream?
All I can see from these images is a complete lack of passion. The only way that developer would get a pass was if he was new to his job, otherwise just all-around-bland.

They are Youtube thumbnails from google image search and those are player made structures. It is hard to find screenshots of anything that isn't a European castle, Viking fortress, or plastered with clickbait emoticons and cinematic filters. It is also worth remembering that PC games have variable graphics options and a lot of people still play with toasters, so your graphics experience will differ. I have to play with everything looking like SecondLife to avoid a specific crash, but the game is fun enough for me to not care too much and it still manages to look nice at times.

it's bretty good. if you play solo you can edit how much materials you get from scavenging effectively removing the awful vanilla grind so you can actually have fun and build and dungeon dive. got some alright mods too that add quality of life like increasing level cap and lowering boss hp so they're actually solo-able

I said this in the hellenistic vidya thread, that while I want more historical vidya, including egypt and greece, those are some of the most common alongside medivial europe and japan.
The Middle East, Southeast asia, mesoamerica and Andesall had thousands of years of complex civilization too, we need vidya of that. The ones from the Americas are particularly underrated, people think they are unga bunga savages when the mesoamericans were more iron age to classical anitquity tier, and the andes more bronze age to iron age tier

The protagonist in the modern world is a strong independent arab woman who designed her own version of the Animus and now the machine can handle more than one DNA sample (so you get to play 2 different characters).
For 90% of the game you play as Bayek, a Medjai, some kind of vigilante who would end up creating the Assassins order (it's a retcon) and in the final act you play as his wife who is also some kind of "badass" assassin who worked for Cleopatra. The final mission is about her going to Rome to kill Ceasar.
Ubishit is not clear about it but it really feels like a reboot. The next game coming out next month (I think) has different endings. Why would they do that kind of shit in a game that is taking place before the first AssCreed?
