>Screeching about fedora tipping doesn't help when i actually meant ability to play as apostate, non-catholic christian or a pagan
You clearly haven't seen or played the Waldensians or Father Godwin, and play as a "Pagan" really? you don't know what Christian Europe does to Pagans and want people to not interact with you and have a story about Bohemia? play Mount and Blade instead then
>If you really think predefined character makes it good rpg experience, you're wrong, rpgs should always allow you to create an actual role for your character. Even fucking gothic 2 allowed more freedom in choice of factions than Kingdoms Come. Its closer to witcher 3 how story keeps you same person. And loads of shitty cutscenes like in that game as well.
You are not a well-established character like Geralt, oh I can see that there's lots of problems like the overall mainstory not acknowledging when you play as a complete psychopath, you can still define Henry's as a character where you roleplay as a peasant who wants payback, and it's how you play and proceed in the game that I enjoyed about this game, there are consequences and multiple ways to proceed with each problem, reminds me a bit of Deus Ex, and Gothic 2's faction system, really? "Historical Realism" you are giving a studio's first game with too much high standards than Bethesda, you want to play as anyone you want, practically not this game.
>Eventually i just got bored of the story after seeing how shit battles were compared to m&b and was just hunting in the woods for quite a while until i got bored from animals with almost zero awareness of me or arrows in the ass as long as i don't move.
Combat is good, but the big battles, pretty fucking shit and not possible unless they do some major revisions, and git gud with Archery, it's practically cheating at lvl 14, and they took their time to finally fix animal behavior after patch 1.4
>Japanese games forcing you to be Japanese
>Well, that's absolutely not true.
Oh there's plenty, but never mind that.
