You mean Football Manager? Cause the game peaked at like 2015 and it all went downhill because of SEGA's insistence in putting goddamn ugly ass 3D models and adding more poz.
If you want a good soccer manager game, either go with a much earlier build of Football Manager (the community is super active, I'm sure you'll find a lot of updated rosters or tools to do so, also a lot of DLC circumvention methods), or Ultimate Soccer Manager '98 for that sweet, sweet retro style.
Maybe Calciobit if you want a more relaxed experience.
