Dirty Pair is a genuine classic that is often overlooked. It's a fun scifi/action show that doesn't take itself seriously. Honestly all the fanservice is in the skimpy outfits they wear, it isn't really "ecchi" if that bothers you. A lot of the more well known "bounty hunters in space" anime drew inspiration from it.

Honestly won't be surprised if XSEED gets cucked out of their last currently active Falcom franchise in the name of cheaper/quicker turn around time, the way they shift to Aksys for Xanadu and NISA for Ys. Also, look at how it took months for Kadokawa to finally announce NISA handling MMX, in spite of NISA not having had any mention of it in their previous cancerdirect and giving people hope they hadn't been the company picked. The longer there's zero confirmation (assuming it's still to come west), the more reason to be unsettled. I'd heard Falcom was holding off until they could see how both Cold Steel III and IV were received natively before clearing anything for us (which is understandable), but IV's still not out yet in Japan to my knowledge. That could well explain the wait, but it would still be good if there could be some confirmation of "if these two get cleared, they're not switching to another company" in the meantime. But I suppose there's a lot of information that the consumer just isn't privy to until PR can clear it. Look at how long Pqube wasn't able to say anything clear as to OLZ being cancelled.

Here's a little secret: usually if a game changes hands for a port, it's not especially apt to be given a fresh translation. Even if you're not giving NISA money for it, you'll still be dealing with their "translation" work, and if not properly retested after porting and insertion, more than likely any bugs they invoked as well.

I think most companies focused first and foremost on their native as a customerbase don't see the overseas ones as much other than extra profit and thus don't actively care to make sure they're getting as proper an experience as the local base, and the ones that do take into consideration overseas customers are more apt to do so in a "this needs to appeal to worldwide sensibilities" way during development. Like Star Ocean 5, where Square (forcing Tri-Ace's hand as publisher) made even the Japanese fanbase suffer for fears of western media reaction. Also a good reason against releasing worldwide in close proximity.

Pro-tip; SNK does all their localizations in-house now so they never have to buy the scripts for porting to other platforms or for the arcade release.
KoF XIV has 10 languages in every region and the PC version doesn't have Atlus or Deep Silver listed in the credits. SNK Heroines will be the same since they've already confirmed an arcade release. The only place NISA will make money off the game is the console releases, especially since it was already leaked at E3 that Abstraction Games is doing the PC port for the game.

Mostly because all the worthwhile games aren't announced at E3 nowadays and we have various venues to find out about them, meanwhile from 1995-~07-09, E3 was a spectacle where the best games of the year were expected to be announced and that was pretty much the only place to find out about them with full details about them. - Nier Automata sequel.
Didn't expect much of the game but I liked the combat system and story. Thought the plot would be retarded because it came from Squeenix but it's probably one of the best stories they made. Ignore the drakengard and Nier story though.

On my Alienware it crashed constantly. I bought a gaming desktop and I ran withoug flaws. I agree that Squeenix is terrible at developing on computer though.
