If they're making a porn game, then I don't see what the problem is with making the character an insatiable whore who's motivation is to get fucked by all sorts of weird creatures and that is the win state, and you are punished by either just a vanilla death or having to go home unviolated and unsatisfied. Have the game make having sex with regular enemies pacify them, making them easier to deal with and avoid later - but depletes your stamina so that it's harder to satisfy the boss and increases the risk that they'll just kill you or eat you or whatever. Getting through a level by just avoiding enemies should be possible to give you as much of an advantage against the boss as possible - but should be difficult to achieve that. Bosses should be two-stage. One a general fight that relies on HP, and one a sex-minigame that relies on stamina. So it becomes a kind of strategic tradeoff between fucking enemies and making it easier to navigate certain tricky areas while preserving HP for the first part of the boss fight - or possibly sacrificing some HP (if you're not good) so you have more stamina to make the boss more difficult.
It doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to make a decent porn game where the fail state is a genuine failure - not a goal in itself. Unless those failure sex scenes have certain strict trigger conditions which become the game in itself. You're supposed to fail, but fail in a very challenging way that takes skill so that you get the reward and it becomes a win.
