No pricing info, but it sounds like exactly what the "steam machine" should have been. A console-comparable PC in a console-like form factor for a console-competitive price, targeted at the console-tarded audience. Basically something that could tear down all the existing barriers for switching from Console to PC gaming.
No idea how this being Chinese will turn out though. On the one hand it has the potential for a MASSIVE install base, on the other, Chinese is a limited market for foreign games regardless of size and it may not have that great an impact on the current console ecosystem. Best case scenario of course is to drive development away from the current walled garden console approach and make everything "PC".
