MTD = motion to dismiss. something that CIG used to avoid the trial.
>1. The MTD is dismissed insofar as it demands the rejection of all the alleged causes of action against the defendant RSI;

but i am confuse about WHO is the MTD, maybe it's comming from the previous result of january 2018 but i did not folow it.
