trailer sucked, game play looks boring. Look this stuff barely works in a 3D space, the souls games have only gotten more tiresome and their game play has barely expanded. There's just not much you can do with it. Translating it to a 2D space with even less options isn't helping it.
Either make a good 2D combat system or fuck off, there's tons of other, better games to work on, but this being a fad it's far easier to cash in on the intersection of indie pixel art hipsters and soulsfags than make something interesting.

It's bretty gud so far, reminds me a lot of Salt and Sanctuary in terms of how the gameplay feels
some of the boss fights so far have been pretty interesting too
In one of them you have to balance the platform you're fighting the boss on otherwise it falls off the mountain, so you have to move back and forth regularly, it caught me completely off guard the first time

IGG hosts games given to them, so if it has a virus that's because the one who gave them the file already had a virus in it this includes modifying the game to have IGG-games credits plastered somewhere. FYI that was somewhere around a year ago and some of those VNs still have the modified credits.

I can do that too: the one time I used IGG the installer added a startup service to run a miner and they didn't even bother to hide it. In contrast I've never had anything from trusted tracker torrents. IGG seems to be popular with niggers who are too stupid for the share thread or too lazy to torrent something.

In this past year I downloaded a game from IGG and it installed a bit coin miner during the install. So I know beyond doubt that it's real. It was a pain in the ass to remove too. Because it created a bunch of services that reinstalled itself every time you deleted the files. But I eventually got rid of it. And it certainly puts a bad taste in my mouth for IGG games, even though most of them are probably okay.

BTW, the miner would only run after my PC was untouched for 15 minutes. If I had a screen saver, I might not have even noticed it. But it would always kick on while I was watching an episode of anime or something, going full tilt using damn near 100% GPU resources. The anime itself would start failing to render properly. The guardian's pattern is really simple to learn, Ione is a pain but she can be parried, which you either need to start doing more, or stop trying to do so much, depending on how you're dying
I think you can jump up on the sword and fight Ione by herself without having to worry about the giga nigga, but I never tried that myself

Is ok, bosses are fun as they doesn't seem to have patterns but rather do attacks based on proximity. the combat is kinda meh though, there is almost no new weapons and most skills end up being absolutely useless because of huge animation locks
