The gameplay would probably be something like modern Tomb Raider/3rd Birthday.
Music, character design, and story and character development would still be close to what was already created because Parasite Eve is a continuation of Film adaptation of the Parasite Eve book by Hideaki Sena. Aya's design was already pretty much established when Squaresoft became involved in the continuation of Sena's story.
