Skyrim is the game I've spent the most time on. Around 500 hours compared to the 249 hours I've spent on Mount and Blade Warband which is my second most played game. Showing my age here, but I had Sonic Mega Collection and the Zelda Collector's Edition as a kid, and I never put in the effort to beat any of the games on them back then. Played second life thinking it was an innocent game. Dressed my character up as a wolf because werewolves were cool. Found out that furries were a thing at 13. Died a little inside. Some of the other kid players knew what that was but didn't tell me because they knew i'd be down a rabbit hole after that.

I bought every Jampack demo disc they put out, until they discontinued them well into the PS2 era. Those were great. I would frequently play the same demos over and over until I could finally buy the game, which sometimes wasn't until quite recently. Some of the demos had lots of good stuff, too. The Tony Hawk 2 demo had the Park Creator. Then there were all sorts of Behind the Scenes videos and secrets and stuff. They put some of that on the PS Store for free on PS3, and to be fair early PS3 did have lots of free demos, but it just wasn't the same. Getting the disc encouraged you to check out every game, even ones you otherwise wouldn't look at due to a name or cover that doesn't catch your interest.
