how long does it take you on average to totally beat a jrpg? it personally takes me over 3 months normally i have beaten Chrono cross recently and i felt emptiness i invested over a year of my life on it

Couple weeks at a couple hours a day, I'd say. Does depend on length though, some being shorter, some being longer, and how invested I'm feeling. You want to see what "long" is though, consider playing Dragon Quest VII.

It depends. If the game is enjoyable, it’ll take month. If it’s something average, on rails mode, or didn’t really grabbed my interest, its two weeks and after that it gets shelved.
