The idea of ASMR isn't adult or suggestive by itself. Likewise, neither is video game streaming. So when you look search it take the amount of camwhores in video games, make them a large percentage of uploaders and put it on a general audience site like youtube. Camwhores ride the monetization/crowdfunding train from thirsty plebs by making low effort sexual videos.

No one minds if it's posted to sites specifically for lewd. But if I want to relax, I don't want to wade through videos that pretend to be genuine.
