Square Enix probably saw how Octopath is selling and considering Bravely did great too, they threw money at the devs to make a Bravely game or just simply port them. In any case, even without censorship Bravely Default usually does something wrong that spoils the whole. With the first it was the endless loops. I can't recall what the second was, but there was certainly something. Not to mention the localization of Bravely Second was abysmal. Even without censorship, you've got "for the gravy"- whatever the fuck that means- and cutting out the bad-end to a side-quest "because Japanese gamers didn't like it. Honest!"
I have higher hopes for Octopath Traveler 2 than Bravely Third.

The thing that you have to realize about e-celebs, let's players, or game reviewers, is that it doesn't matter whether or not they are good at the game as long as they are entertaining. The Rune Blade and Star Seer went down without an issue but I'm going to have to get my shit together to beat The Warbringer, if not just because of the raw damage I have to contend with.
I've swapped Therion back to Merchant to try to utilize Sidestep to eat the counter-swings but I might try using a Seer support instead with the associated Phys reflect. I've also tried leg-trapping her and rushing the breaks by just chugging down on consumables to multi-attack but it's only ever a matter of time until she either gets the counter off or bodies my entire party with the 3~8 turns of pure pain she brings coming off of break.
I might have to come back in the post-game or at least when I've leveled the Noble characters, it's a really hard fight to close with my current HP pools and gear. Maybe I just need to tough this one out and finish some more content first.

I know a lot of people recommend using Transfer Rune with Sidestep via Tressa to do a full party dodge for a fuckton of physical attacks, but I can't personally say that it'll work until I try it myself. There's no grinding at all. If you do choose to grind, you'll be massively overleveled. One of the game's flaws, in my opinion, is that it gives you too much exp compared to the encounter rate and amount of side dungeons. This really hurts the difficulty of chapter four quests, if you happen to be a thorough player who's done all the side content up to that point. I think the devs did it in order to allow you more freedom in when you do particular quests, but some better difficulty scaling should have been added to balance that.
