That statement is objectively false. You can't seek through the video to look for start/end points in a commandline, nor can you get a bitrate calculator that's as convenient as changing the bitrate number and seeing the expected filesize change accordingly, nor can you see/select/change the subtitles and audio as easily.
Using a command line interface doesn't make you an epic computer pro.

First of all, I was talking specifically about FFmpeg and its features, not video editing or graphical interfaces in general, so your post is already a straw man. Second, you cannot accurately calculate the bit rate for a lossy videos, it will always be just an estimate. Besides, using a bit rate mode at all is a sign of your low intelligence. And lastly, none of the things you named are related to GUI at all, retard.
I just use mpv—which, by the way, specifically states that it's not a full GUI application—for seeking and preview (which includes slow motion, overlaying, blurring and “other trash”) and Krita just for getting the pixels before cropping or overlaying. Smart boys have scripts prepared for making WebMs, they don't waste their time clicking niggerlicious buttons and check boxes.

If you prefer command line that's one thing, saying it better is objective at best, subjective at worst however as GUI encoders allow you to tweak shit as you go such as video size/cropping/framerate and see it in real time before encoding
However saying it's better just because it's "Command line" thus "Direct" is like saying DOS is better than Windows 10 because you manually type in what you want to do rather than use a mouse to cut out the majority of wasted time
Not saying you're wrong because it's your opinion what you think a better encoder is, but you can do more faster/quicker with a gui than you can with command line
