The characters you can play as are: Mario, Luigi, Sonic, Tails, Arthur, Zero, Samus, Simon Belmont, Wario, Link, Megaman, Roll and others.

Pretty JudgeSpearMkII dropped this project after the autismos on the original boards kept pressuring him to add stupid shit like a world entirely dedicated to stupid meme garbage and YouTube poop jokes. Which is a shame, Tails was very fun to play as and eventually the frame rate issues got fixed. It has collision issues, audio issues, syncing issues, and frame rate drops constantly. Play Super Mario Crossiver instead.
