If only this game had wild battles and a regular leveling system, this would be my favorite Pokemon game by far. All I wanted since 1998 was the same game but with N64 tech. Now we'd have it if they weren't purposely gimping the game to have less gameplay than it originally had. I'd probably even get the Pokeball controller just for fun, but not anymore. I'd even tolerate if they changed how the gameplay worked in certain ways, like making it more action oriented, but here if anything it's less action oriented. Using motion controls to throw the poke ball seems kinda fun, but it should only be what happens when it actually comes time to throw the ball, not the entire fucking gameplay.
